Shipping and Delivery

  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver within and outside Metro Manila subject to availability as stated in the item.

  • How much will it cost to deliver my item/s?

    Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of an item you order and the delivery location.

  • Where can I check my shipping fee when placing an order?

    You can check your shipping fee on the checkout page in the “Order Summary” box.

  • What is Delivery Lead Time?

    Please allow us to deliver 3 to 5 working days. Rest assured that our teams are working tirelessly to get your orders to you at the soonest time possible but please bear with us if for some reason your order has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as the third-party shipper, inclement weather conditions, road closures and other eventuality that is beyond our control. We will notify you until your order reached you.

  • Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

    No, orders are delivered only during weekdays. Please double check your shipping address to ensure that you are available upon delivery.

  • What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

    You can provide an authorization letter and a copy of your valid ID to your representative to claim your purchase on your behalf. Your authorized representative should also present a valid ID upon delivery for proof of identity.

  • My order status is delivered but I did not receive it. What do I do?

    To avoid improper receive of your order, please make sure you have provided the correct address, contact person, and telephone number. Using that information, we will verify prior to delivering and as much as possible we will not issue the item if there will be a discrepancy on the side of the receiver.

  • Can SarisariPH deliver my order to my office?

    Yes! SarisariPH will deliver your order following the address you provided in the checkout page, whether it is your house or office address.

  • Can I pick up my order at SarisariPH’s office?

    Yes, our office is located at 5th floor Bloomingdale Plaza, Brgy. Kapitolyo, Shaw Blvd., Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

  • How to change my address?

    In our website, you can put different shipping and delivery address. Once you decided if these addresses will be your default shipping or billing address, look for the button where you can switch it on.

  • What can I do if I get a damaged product?

    We make sure that all items/goods are shipped in good condition. We check every good’s before we deliver it to the customer. We can accept return only if upon delivery the goods have been checked in the presence of our delivery personnel.

  • I want to make sure that the package that I will receive is safe. Do you have safety measures in place for your delivery staff?

    Yes, we ensure that your packages delivered safely. We have a system in place to ensure end-to-end safety our deliveries and are observing preventive measures to safeguard the health of our logistics staff:

    1. Regular disinfection and sanitation of our logistic facilities
    2. Safe handling of packages in a clean and sanitized environment.
    3. Strict implementation of daily temperature checks and hygiene practices for all delivery personnel.

Online Shopping

  • Can I order without an account on SarisariPH?

    You need to register first or sign in to your SarisariPH account before you can make a purchase.

  • How do I order?

    Browse through the selection of our products! After that, type in the quantity (just below the item price) and click 'Add to Cart', to continue shopping, click ‘Continue Shopping’, to pay for your order, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. On the Checkout Page, you must fill all the information required then select the type of payment, check the checkbox if you agree with the terms and conditions, and click ‘Place Order’ to finish the transaction.

  • I ordered already and checked out but I want to add some more goodies?

    You can just order again (add to cart and checkout). Just let us know on the ‘Order Notes’ section if you want us to deliver the two orders together.

  • A product I like is not available. What should I do?

    You can contact us and request your desired products. We will try our very best to look at it for you.

  • Can I order products over the phone?

    Yes, we take phone numbers or call as an alternative way to purchase.

  • Will I receive an order confirmation after placing an order?

    An order confirmation with an order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order.

  • I have ordered and confirmed payment with SarisariPH, what should I do next?

    Once your order has been verified, we will take care of everything for you. You will receive a notification about the status of your order. All you have to do is wait for your package to be delivered.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We only accept payment through Gcash, Paypal, and electronic fund transfer via bank account.

  • How we can ensure that our payment secured?

    Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. We do not retain your bank information or other payment methods you chose after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks.

    Payment for your purchases can only be done through the checkout page by choosing from the accepted payment such as Gcash, Paypal, and Bank Transfer. All payment instructions will be provided by SarisariPH in our secure “Checkout Page”.

  • How do I know if my payment is successful?

    Please contact us and email your reference to expedite the validation of your payment.

  • Can I refund my payment if ever I changed my mind?

    No. Strictly no refunds of payment once you confirmed and your payment has been made. Since most of our products are perishable and made to order, it will be a loss of business both to our producer and us.

    If you need a new password, there is a 'Forgotten password?' link on the sign-in page. Click on this, enter your email address, and then follow the instructions in the reset email.

  • I think I have found a problem with the website; what should I do?
