Delivery

  • Where do you deliver and what are the rates?

    No Minimum, We Accept Cash on Delivery. At the moment, we deliver to pasig area and its nearby cities. We are planning to expand at the near future.

  • How much will it cost to deliver my item/s?

    The cost of delivery is determined on the size of the items in your order and the delivery location. The cost of delivery will display on the checkout page.

  • What is the Delivery Lead Time?

    Delivery of an order may vary depending on courier delivery lead time. To follow up on your order, you can text/call us at 09504906143 or email us at sarisariphphilippines@gmail.com

  • Missed delivery?

    If you do not pick up your delivery, we cannot refund you. We suggest that you ask a colleague or friend to pick up your delivery. Your pick-up site is not responsible for holding on to your bag after your delivery day. Remember that you can always put your subscription on hold when you know you’ll be away.

  • I have a question regarding my order, who can I contact?

Online Shopping

  • How do I order?

    Browse through our selection of organic products! After that, type in the quantity (just below the item price) and click 'Add to Cart', to continue shopping, click ‘Continue Shopping’, to pay for your order, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. On the Checkout Page, you must fill all the information required then select the type of payment, check the checkbox if you agree with the terms and conditions and click ‘Place Order’ to finish the transaction.

  • What Can I Do if I Get Damaged Product?

    We make sure that all items/goods are shipped in good condition. We check every items/goods before we deliver it to customer.

  • I ordered already and checked out but I want to add some more goodies?

    You can just order again (add to cart and checkout). Just let us know on the ‘Order Notes’ section if you want us to deliver the two orders together.

  • Which browsers can I use to view SARISARIPH.COM?

    The website is compatible with the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer. We recommend Google Chrome.

  • How do I report an error on the website?

Payment

  • Can I order products over the phone?

    Unfortunately as for now we do not take phone numbers.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payment through PayMaya, PayPal, Cash on Delivery and electronic fund transfer via bank account.
