Return and Refund Policy

While we give importance to your need, we are also seeking for your compassion and consideration in thinking of cancelling or returning your orders. Please be advised that we deal with FRESH and PERISHABLE goods that’s why we will be very strict on cancellations.

RETURNS

SARISARI PH guarantees the quality of its product. SARISARI PH is happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely events but we’re very sorry that perishable food products cannot be returned. For non-perishable products, you have seven days to return the item from the date you received it. If your item arrives damaged in any way, please contact us at 09178340896 and we will do our best to resolve the problem. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be complete and in the original order.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund according to your original method of payment. You will receive a notification within a certain amount of days about the status of your refund.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
